LESSON ONE
Roadway training and evaluation*
We begin with a table discussion of rules of the road, safety and law enforcement contact or engagement, then vehicle equipment overview and basic driving and evaluation on public roads.
*This lesson is mandatory for all drivers with a learner's permit
LESSON TWO
Highway driving
Including proper merging techniques, lane changing, exiting, navigation, safe operation of cruise control and traffic awareness.
LESSON THREE
Emergency Procedures & Winding 2-lane Roads
This lesson teaches defensive driving skills and emergency procedures training, plus winding roads and road sign awareness.
LESSON FOUR
Parking and Required Test Maneuvers*
Covers parallel parking, parking on a hill procedure, backing, and entering and exiting parking spaces.
*This lesson is mandatory for all drivers with a learner's permit
LESSON FIVE
Test Preparation
Skills test exam preparation, including review of past lessons, required vehicle equipment review and test route practice run.
LESSON SIX
Night Driving
This lesson focuses on vehicle preparation, spatial awareness, managing low-light visibilty and glare, hazard identification, as well as effective headlight usage.
LESSON SEVEN +
Additional training as needed

Licensed 'adult driver tune-up'©
This lesson will be adapted to cover any additional training the instructor deems necessary to address problem areas and bring the student up to safe driving standards after lessons one through five have been completed.
This lesson is also offered as an 'adult driver tune-up'© or confidence builder post-vehicle accident, as well as for court-mandated driver training.
